Principal's Message

It is with great pleasure to have the opportunity to serve as principal at W. P. Foster Elementary in the historical district of Franklin, La.  The entire faculty and staff is engulfed in attaining 100% student success and achievement.  It is the desire and goal of the Foster Learning Community to have all students reading on grade level and proficient in Math.  We will continue to work towards this goal and, along with parental involvement, we will see enhanced success.
